You can get almost any STD from somebody who didn’t have an outbreak at the time. Then again, it is much more likely that one will get an STD when an outbreak occurs. The virus, of course, is still running through the body when there is no outbreak, and there is a chance that he could have contracted it a long time ago, and especially if his immune system has been low lately, he can be more susceptible to an outbreak. There is no surefire way to tell if he has been cheating on you, unless he was a virgin before he met you.
But I’d play it safe & wear a condom anyways.

If you have gw you will HAVE the hpv Virus. It can take a long time to show up. Your bf could of have it for a long time and its just showing up. Or you could of had it for awhile and it just shows up. This is all a proven fact. Your test will come back postitive on the hpv cause of the warts. You can also have hpv and not have any warts at all. 85 percent of people in the world have the hpv virus and dont know it. Its a common thing. Its just harder on females cause it leads to cervix cancer. But if you get it caught in time then they can go in and do a coloasopy to look closer at your cervix and remove any cancerous cells, and you have to have a pap done every 3 months when you hpv. If not and you ignore it then more problems will happen and could lead too deep and you cant get treated. Lucky for men they can have hpv and not have to worrie about that. But you will have it forever.

Yes, it’s possible to get HPV, even if they didn’t have an outbreak,(although outbreak real isn’t the right term for it, because that implies that they come and go, but with HPV, if u get the symptoms, you have to treat the symptoms in order for it to go away or else you just have warts forever.) normally the skin itself can be contagious.
