Mystic Warts On My Boyfriend’s Genital Area?

Posted in Uncategorized on Jan 31, 2010

about 8 months ago i noticed some bumps on the genital area of my boyfriend. they looked like the warts caused by HPV – same color as his skin, shaped like cauliflower. there were like 5 or 6 of them. i didn’t see him for 2 months later on and the next time i saw him they were all gone. he says he hasn’t seen a doctor or recieved any treatment. if it they were HPV warts then as far as i know they wouldn’t vanish just like that. what do you think this could be?

He didn’t wash after jacking the salad, that’s all.

  2. ER Nurse says:

Warts can shed. That is usually how they are transmitted is by the shedding of cells. If he wasn’t treated but did have HPV, he still has HPV as this is an STD that doesn’t go away. HPV causes genital warts which can come and go. Most don’t go away and continue to grow unless treated. But HPV is in the blood as well and can cause an outbreak at anytime.

Looks like you saw an outbreak. In fact, blemishes and warts can vanish and reappear overtime. Its like a pimple, they come and go, all in different places…these just don’t stop after puberty…they’ll be there forever. don’t sex him up.

  4. tanda says:

people with genital warts get outbreaks. There not always gonna be there. He needs to go see a doctor next time he gets a breakout, if its caught soon enough they can be removed if not he will have them for the rest of his life you should also get checked out

  5. yes! genital warts can disappear ! and warts appears when immune system is weak and disappears when immune system is strong!
so that means your boyfriends immune system become strong and that’s why he has no warts anymore!!
