Is It Illegal To Not Tell Some One About A Hpv?
I made a stupid choice when i was drunk to have have sex with someone and come to find out he has genital warts and he didn’t tell me. I found out the next day from my best friend so is it illegal to not tell someone about it. In the state of Florida that is?
No, it is just an ethical question. You may luck out and not get it… just because he has it does not mean you are going to 100% get it. I read the statistic however 3/4 people that sleep with someone with HPV get it. Even if you do not break out, still get tested because the cancerous strand does not have physical signs sometimes.
Ethically it’s wrong. It would be illegal if you could 100% prove that you DID NOT have HPV before being with him. I’ve read about a lot of cases like this. Pretty much the only way you could prove it is if you got STD tested that same day and came out negative on everything,
