No it won’t, it’s not that easy unfortunately. The best thing to do is go to the dr and he will either prescribe you a cream (like wartec or aldara I think they’re called) and if that doesn’t work, then the freezing comes (they usually only have to freeze them if they’re pretty big/spread out/numerous in numbers) And do ask for an anaseptic cream, it doesn’t stop the pain completly but it really does help A LOT.
Freezing is painful and afterwards can be very irritating but the warts are gone forever after a few treatments (depending on how many there are) and it’s better than messing around with creams for like six months then having the warts go in three with the freezing. Just trust me there.
    Hope I helped!

Most people who support the use of hydrogen peroxide do not really have an idea about hydrogen peroxide and hpv. Hpv or genital warts as it is commonly called is a viral infection that is sexually transmitted. Hydrogen peroxide is a chemical bleach which is commonly used to lighten skin tone. The hydrogen peroxide that is available at stores comes in different strengths depending on the end use for which it is purchased. Hydrogen peroxide is used to bleach clothes and in its strongest concentration it is even used as an industrial bleach. If the chemical has such potency, you should think twice before you use it on warts.
A favorite remedy involving hydrogen peroxide and hpv is to apply hydrogen peroxide to the area and shave the warts away. This practice is not just painful, it is downright dangerous. You are not supposed to pull or stretch the genital warts as this is a sure way of transmitting the infection with your hands. The warts will also bleed and they may get secondarily infected by bacteria that invade open wounds. If you use an old razor there are higher chances of an infection.
There is a cream called Oxy-Fend it gets rid of the warts. try if not try going to the doctor they will prescribe you something to help you get rid of them.

No. You can go to the gyno and they can freeze the little buggers off, but even if they do you will have the HPV for the rest of your life. So be nice and make you sex parteners wear a condom.

YOU ARE GOING TO CAUSE YOURSELF MORE PROBLEMS BY DOING THAT!!
IF YOU THINK YOU ARE MATURE ENOUGH TO HAVE SEX THEN YOU ARE MATURE ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH EMBARRASSMENT AND GO TO A DOCTOR.
