Genital Warts Spreading To Other Areas Of The Body As ‘regular’ Warts?
much to my shock i was recently diagnosed with genital warts. i’ve noticed prior to my diagnose that i had a few clusters of what i thought were insect bites. in retrospective, is it possible that the HPV warts possible spread to my arms and even face?

There are more than 100 strains of the Human Papilloma Virus-about 40 of them cause warts in the genital area. Other strains of HPV cause plantar warts, flat warts, or common warts. Each type of wart has a particular place/places it shows up on your body. So you won’t get a plantar wart on you face, you get in on the sole of your foot. But a wart is a wart-if its on your face, its called a flat wart. They just look different. No one is worse than the other. Most people have HPV and don’t even know it, because most people don’t ever develop genital warts from the virus.
Genital Warts, Also Known as Venereal Warts or Condylomata Acuminata, are caused by the Human Papilloma virus .
Some Tips and Precautions You Can Use Rigt Away :
* Take care not to damage, scratch or pick at these warts.
* Inform your partner, use a condom, and practice safe sex.
