It looks like warts and you can get it from shared towels, etc. Don't be embarrassed to ask your doctor. That is what he is there for to help you. There is a chance of getting those from sex, specially if your a virgin you are susceptible to getting stds, being a virgin does not give you any immunity against them. They are stds that are passed by your genitals coming into contact with some one else's that has either genital warts or herpes. If you want to know for sure then get the bumpy thing to a doctor or clinic and have them test it for both genital warts and herpes.
