In other words, can you have “regular” warts on your genitals?

Yes but I would see a doctor just to be sure. Some people develop what my hubby calls skin tags which are just extra pieces of skin that can form for a variety of reasons, including underwear that are too tight or just friction from loose clothing during hot weather. Like I said I would still ge it checked out just to be sure.

Any wart on the genitals is caused by HPV strain that is infective.

I would think so, you can probally get regular warts anywhere and if it’s just 1 then it’s not genital warts.

Yes, sometimes skin tags appear to be like warts and they can be caused from infection, hemoroids but only your physician can attempt to tell you what it is.
