a dermatologist is for the skin not sexual health.
it depends on where you live in the uk we have the GUM clinic (gynacology and urinary medicine). if you go and see your doctor he will transfer you to a suitable location in your area that is best qualified within this field of medicine.

You will need to go to your GP first, if he can not help you, he will refer you to someone who can.
