I have HPV and all of the symptoms so I am just preparing myself just in case!

What happens after they diagnose you?

I’ve heard from some people that you can get genital herpes via oral sex after having a cold sore and I’ve heard from others that you can’t becuase they’re different strans of herpes. But let’s say someone performs oral sex and gets a cold sore a couple days later, should the person who received the oral sex be concerned about getting genital herpes?

I had an abnormal pap back in November. A had a biopsy and all that jazz. I was told that i had mild dysplasis and that come back in a year to have my anual pap. If i had genital warts, hpv, would the test have shown that? Is it possible that i could have genital warts if i had mild dysplasis?
would my doctor have told me if i had the strand of HPV?

This is the first serious relationship I have been in since being diagnosed with high risk HPV. My recent test have been negative and it is currently dormant but I need to share this with my soon to be new partner. I’m not sure how or when, he is ready for sex.

What are people talking about when they say they have outbreaks of genital warts? How long to the outbreaks usually last?
