Does Everyone Who Has Hpv Get The Genital Warts? • 12.31.09
No they don’t. It is estimated that more than 85% of people who have been sexually active are HPV positive. They all do not have or had, genital warts.

This may sound like a dumb question, but I read on here that all warts are caused by HPV. I have a wart on my hand. Is it a HPV wart?
btw, I’m a virgin, but I’ve heard that people can contract warts by holding hands…
Awww..what a helpful group of folks. Yet another thing I believed..shattered into bits, by the sage folks at Yahoo Answers.
EDIT: Nice answer B and B..I love to say Pearly Penile Papules..that is one of my favorite new things to say! I wonder how many times I can work that into my conversations today..I’ll let ya know.

My husband recently noticed that he has small bumps on his penis. After surfing the internet we believe that its genital warts caused by HPV. He has not yet went to a doctor to confirm that it is HPV.
But can we still have sex while the warts are there? I’ve mad an appointment to see my gyn to have a HPV test.
