Help for Genital Warts

I have a wierd bump, down there… the doctor says there is no way of knowing what it is without taking a biopsy but shes 90% sure its a genital wart. she perscribed me a wart remover and have been using it for three months but its done nothing! can somebody please tell me a little more. What are my options. It is a cluster of three warts. I really want these things gone! they are not the most attractive thing in the world, although my boyfriend and i have already discussed the situation and he knows and understands everything. He thinks the removal process could be painful so he suggests they stay, hes ok with these three little bumps always being there.. however, i am not! Please give me more information, and definately personal experience if you have any. Am i susceptible of always having these outbreaks no matter how many times i get them removied. Please help me!

i have genital HPV. warts on my cervix.
my b/f ate me out, barely….
but im freaking out because he doesnt know i have HPV.
can he catch it in his mouth?
i dont have like, oral hpv, but can he GET oral hpv from my genital hpv?
and im afraid to kiss him now because im scared he has it in his mouth, and i surely dont want it.
im so scared.
im confronting him about it soon.
