Help for Genital Warts

Been using just aldara, but was ressearching online and heard about fish oil being a good natural way to fight it as well.

I am getting the prescription for it tomorrow. I would like to know what to expect.
Is it possible that they will mostly disappear? I don’t want to get my hope up so I would like to know what to expect.
I would greatly appreciate any advice.

I have been using Aldara cream for a small amount of genital warts (I’m female) for about 1 week now. I’ve done some research since I started using it, but I’m confused, I know it’s helping me get rid of the warts (I already see the results), but does it help you fight the virus? Someone knowledgeable please tell me what exactly it does! Also, If the cream gets inside my vagina (just a little bit) then is it really dangerous? Because, it’s kinda difficult to avoid that!

its realy stressing me out at night as i cant sleep or anything its so itchy what does this mean when its like this am i getting more warts or are they healing?
