Help for Genital Warts

for example; someone whom is infected uses a wash cloth or towel to clean or dry the area and forgets to remove it from the tub. The next person showers and mistakes that as their wash cloth or towel.

I may hav used a dirty razor by a mistake while shaving my private area, and now these weird looking bumps appeared a couple days after, there starting to clear up now after like two weeks or so… I use condoms when I have intercourse…Do you think its warts or an infection? help!!!
