If I touch my cold sore and 30 minutes later, I touch my genitals, will I get genital herpes?

I would like to know what the actual chances of getting genital herpes are if you have a cold sore on your lip (Herpes Type 1), touch it, and then touch your own genitalia. Anyone who can provide a link with actual statistics on this exact topic will get 10 points on the spot. It seems like, while the risk is there, there is less chance with this than with, say, oral sex.
Please don’t send me some link saying “you can get genital herpes from touching cold sores”….everyone knows that there is that chance. I am wondering what the exact chances of getting it are from touching the sore by mistake and then touching your genitalia.

I know that HPV causes genital warts, but can the genital warts be found anywhere else on the body besides the anus and mouth/throat? I also know that warts come from a variety of viruses, but if you have warts on your genitals, are they automatically caused from HPV, or are they tested for another viral strain? Does HPV strains include any wart that can be found in the genital area?
I understand that the virus is incurable, and I have in fact had HPV (or have I suppose), but he has no warts now, and the last time he did was 2000. I know that the viruses between those on your genitals and those on your hangs are different, but if he puts that finger in or on me, then I still worry. Also, if we use condoms, will I be okay?
