Help for Genital Warts

I have a small growth on the inside of my right thigh near the scrotum. I didn’t notice it until yesterday when it seemed to appear out of nowhere. Actually, it doesn’t look like a wart. It looks more like what my doctor refers to as the little “skin tags” I have on my neck. There’s no itching or bleeding, just a ball of skin ( I think ) that seems to be loosely attached to my thigh. As a matter of fact, it’s so loose that when I examine it with my fingers, I swear it’s gonna fall off. As for my sexual history, I haven’t had any type of intercourse or even oral sex for several months. Just hand sex. Any ideas? Obviously, anyone can answer this question, but I’d prefer qualified medical personnel only, please. Thanks.

I have HPV and I have gone to get the warts burned off twice, it doesnt work very well and the perscription they gave me I cant get because one packet is 400 dollars and I don’t have health insurance. I am gettting insurance at the end of june so I can wait untill then, but i’m wondering if there is anything I can buy for now to treat it.

I saw that the history on my computer shows that my GF was looking up alot of information on genital warts I know I don’t have any. But the day she was looking the info up she had also gone for a check up at the doctors, and then next day she said that I have to start using condoms cause she was going off the pill?? Should I be worried? There’s a bunch of flags on the play.
