This girl I know has HPV. Is there any way she could transmit it to me if all we do is make out and I only touch non-genital areas of her body? What if I touch her vagina but don’t have oral or intercourse with her, am I at risk then?
Okay… It could be razor burn. But I have a bunch of little red bumps on the upper part of my vagina, Not on the lips, not any where down below on the vagina but the fatty part above all that, the part the underwear cover, The only part thongs cover) (none that look like califlower, ) but there have been a few that were puss filled almost. But for the most part it looks like razor rash. I guess the true question is could you have genital warts on that part of your vagina? Or even on your legs? I have been diagnoised with HPV (with signs of warts on the cervix, but it was believed to have cleared up) (according to my gyno).

Genital warts are caused by HPV. There are a few ways to get rid of them. You can have them lasered off, frozen off, or use topical medication (creams). Aldara cream is very useful, but very powerful. You are only suppose to use it 3 days a week because you can get 2nd and 3rd degree burns from it. Unfortunately the only way to get Aldara is by going to the doctor and getting a prescription.
There really are no home remedies or over the counter treatments. And the more you wait the worse they are! I thought nothing of mine at first and thought they would go away on their own…boy was I wrong. I had to call off of work a few days and even stayed the day in a hospital mine were so bad.

I found one on the bottom of my foot recently. It’s a pretty small wart and doesn’t hurt. I’m gonna use the Dr Scholl’s stuff on it pretty soon. I just wanna know how long it lasts outside the body, since my bare feet have been been moving around my room and house and touching my chair/blanket.
Aside from that, we keep our house a clean environment that’s generally cool and dry-ish in home humidity.
