Help for Genital Warts

Okay. Im 19. And me and my boyfriend travel and we have been in this city for 8 months now. And there is no free clinic around that isnt 200 miles away!! So..i know its stupid but i havent been to a gyn in over a year and about 7 months ago i got warts on my vagina. Well i got medication for it so that went away but obviously i have hpv but i havent been to the doctor for it. So i dont know if thats the only hpv i have or what! And i have been having really bad cramps in my pelvic area! I dont know what it is. And its not all the time.. Please help! Is it cancerous hpv or the warts hpv or is it something else?? And please… no lectures please. I know how stupid it is not to go to a doctor.. I will get to one asap!

About a month and a half ago or so, I was diagnosed with genital warts/HPV. My gyno put some acidy stuff on the 3 that I had and said, see me in 2 weeks. 3 turned into several. And they got bigger.
She then performed cryotherapy, and said see me in two weeks. They stayed the same and possibly even got slightly bigger.
Today she performed cryo again, and this time more vigorously. It’s still stinging/irritated. I felt down there to see what was going on, and it doesnt feel like anything has changed! Size seems the same or maybe bigger. Do warts get swollen from cryo? Is that why they’re big and tender?
She also suggested that if I don’t make any progress with them, she may have to CUT THEM OUT. Is this normal? Very painful?
My doc is entirely too vague and it drives me mad.
Is there anything else I can do? I don’t want a ton of conflicting answers. I have heard so many different things I don’t know what to believe.

hey, I have some questions about genital warts.
1. i have read that your body can actually get rid of the virus in like 2-3 years, is that true?
2. when is it okay to have protected sex again?
3. can you still have a normal life (get married and have kids) if you have genital warts?

I’m a 29yo Male. I have no health insurance, so I’m hoping you can answer some questions for me that might help me diagnose whether I have HPV or just normal skin tags.
All told, I have about 6-8 spots I’m concerned about. They are located on the shaft of my penis, th scrotum, and near the thigh. Several sources have indicated HPV will ALWAYS include warts on the TIP of the penis–since I have nothing near the tip, am I OK?
Next, my lesions (?) have been the same for a few years–no growth, nothing new, nothing disappeared. Is that typical of HPV?
Finally, I’ve read that VINEGAR will turn HPV warts white. I’ve tried applying common vinegar to myself, and seen no color change. Will HPV warts always react this way?

Can the Hpv strain that causes genital warts turn into the strain that causes cancer? For example if a man has warts and transmits them to the women can she develop cervical cancer? or are they two different strains? regards
