I know someone who has ORAL HPV and is in the beginning stages of being treated for oral cancer. Can you contract ORAL HPV by sharing drinks or food?

I know that may seem like a stupid question but I can find any articles that mention it. My sister has it and we use the same soap. I plan to ask my doctor at my next appointment which is in a week, just wondering if i could get any answers about it now.
I just found out my sister has them, and never told me about it, and we live together and could have shared a razor at some point, so I’m freaking out.
I have hpv and somone used my toothbrush (by brushing their teeth) can they get hpv?
But i thought its skin to skin? so what about when you brush your cheeks and gums, theres cells there right? so what if they stay on your tooth brush and go to the next person?
If the carrier is not having an outbreak?
Also, can you catch genital herpes pretty much on any part of the body that comes in contact with the body?
Does the virus spread by sharing bodily fluids, and the bodily fluid actually going INto a new person’s body or just skin contact?
