Why is a cold sore on the genitals something that ruins your life?
Don’t anyone try to tell me that they are different. Because they are not. Both HSV1 and HSV2 can be in either the mouth, genitals, fingers, or eyes. If you don’t know this, then look it up. It is true.
So… why the stigma? Most genital herpes cases are caught from oral sex, usually man to woman.
So, why the stigma? Why is a genital cold sore a “life ruining” event? I just don’t get it.

Or something similar so people can have sex and not worry about genital warts and genital herpes?
Condoms can only somewhat protect against genital warts and genital herpes since you can get it by simple genital skin to genital skin contact and don’t even necessarily need to have sexual intercourse.
So is there some kind of skin privates condom or underwear condom?
I know about liquid latex, but that seems so messy and difficult.

Yes. The HPV shot is only to protect you against a few strains of the virus…There are over 80,.000 strains of HPV so you can still get one of the others including one of the ones that causes genital warts.

I have been getting into to top physical shape in preparation for joining the LAPD and I just noticed symptoms that are similar to those of Genital Warts aka HPV. Last time I had sex was apx. 3-4 months before i noticed the symptoms occurred. I just hope to God that the LAPD will not see an STD as reason to disqualify me from the application process.
