it does not seem to be filled with pus or anything and it does not have others arround it, its is a little itchy sometimes

You MUST go to a gynocologist. If you already have, you must contact him/her and tell them about your problems. It could be something serious- a doc will help, and it may be nothing at all- you will feel better for calling. Either way you win. Check out webmd also.
I was diagnosed with genital warts in the anal area. I have no warts in or around my vagina but I have symptoms in my vagina it itches and is raw and tender feeling. I just used Aldara cream to get rid of the warts in the anal area and they are gone for now, but I really don’t understand why there is nothing showing up in every test that I have taken. Everthing has been negative. I even had an hpv test and it was negative but yet I have genital warts in the anus area. Doesn’t make sense I have been dealing with this for a year now. I don’t know what to do anymore the doctor’s do not help. I’ts also not a yeast or any infection. I have been tested.
